This course is designed to introduce the therapist to the Cranial Sacral System and Cranial Sacral Therapy. The demonstrated techniques allow the students to feel the movement of the CSF as it subtly flows around the brain and makes the loop around the coccyx and back up again. Students are introduced to the sutures of the cranium and the articulation that takes place between the bones. Students are presented with listening skills that can be integrated into their massage therapy treatments as well as information for Cranial Sacral Therapy Certification programs. |
~ Embrace the Sea ~ An introduction to Thalassatherapy 12CE’s NCBTMB approved
This course provides the student with the knowledge of the ingredients of sea algae and sea water, as well as the benefits of the treatments. The student will learn techniques to perform sea algae wraps for detoxification and re-mineralizing, as well as, dry brush and sea salt treatments and the benefits of both. With this information the student can offer the benefits of the sea treatments to their clients or create innovative treatments in their day spa or treatment center
